Karen grows up by the ocean; an invitation to travel.
After graduating, she gains experience in advertising photography, while developing her own personal projects. She devotes herself to a singular practice, mixing cars, landscapes, lifestyle & still life. Through her photographs, she seeks to transport the viewer into her universe and emotions. Karen considers this medium to be synesthesia, in which all the senses are called upon when confronted with an image.
